Méijifocus
An ideally designed centrepiece, this fireplace can be built directly into the floor or mounted on a base. Its glass windows make the flowing light of the fire visible from all angles, evoking conviviality and the spirit of a shared warmth. It couldn’t be more aptly named; ‘meiji’ is Japanese for ‘renewal’.
The 2.5mm-thick steel hood of this model is 95cm in diameter. The firescreen is composed of five curved heat-resistant glass windows (three of which are fixed). The length of the flue and other adaptations are produced to requirements. It is available in a wood-burning or gas-burning model.
